Beware of potential scam 1/22/2024

We received multiple reports today and in the last couple days on the same property, along the North Shore. Same scheme: they claim to own a property (they don’t) and go to lengths to try and get you to list it for them.

As with these things, we haven’t done an investigation to a level where we will disclose the specifics, but this isn’t unique to one property. This has been happening in our region.

This is just another reminder that these things are happening in our area and to be vigilant.
